IFGSTL Membership Agreement
Welcome to the Islamic Foundation of Greater St. Louis (IFGSTL). By applying for or renewing membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals and families who support the mission, values, and activities of IFGSTL and who provide accurate and complete information during registration.
2. Membership Types
IFGSTL offers membership categories that may include Individual Annual Membership, Family Annual Membership, Individual Lifetime Membership, and Family Lifetime Membership. Membership fees and benefits are established by IFGSTL and may be updated from time to time.
3. Membership Fees
Membership fees are due at the time of registration or renewal. Membership benefits begin once payment has been successfully processed. Lifetime memberships require a one-time payment and do not require annual renewal.
4. Automatic Renewal
Annual memberships are enrolled in automatic renewal unless canceled by the member. By purchasing an annual membership, you authorize IFGSTL and its payment processor to charge the payment method on file for future membership renewals at the applicable membership rate. Members may cancel automatic renewal at any time through their member account or by contacting IFGSTL before the renewal date.
5. Member Information
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information, including mailing address, email address, and phone number. IFGSTL may use this information to communicate membership updates, community announcements, and other relevant information.
6. Privacy
IFGSTL respects the privacy of its members and will not sell member information to third parties. Member information may be used for administrative purposes, membership management, community communications, event registrations, and other activities directly related to IFGSTL operations.
7. Directory Participation
Members who choose to participate in the IFGSTL directory consent to the inclusion of the information they elect to share. Members may opt out of the directory at any time by updating their membership profile or contacting IFGSTL.
8. Text and Email Communications
Members who opt in to receive emails or text messages consent to receiving membership notices, community announcements, event information, and other communications from IFGSTL. Members may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.
9. Refunds
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once processed. Requests for exceptions may be reviewed by IFGSTL on a case-by-case basis.
10. Changes to These Terms
IFGSTL reserves the right to update this Membership Agreement from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the IFGSTL website.
